CIS Gaming
The Computer Game Design Certificate requires the completion of 18 units. Students will learn to create an effective game analysis document, create a basic game design document, and to plan and implement game mechanics in a script-based game prototyping language
The Computer Game Programming Skills Certificate requires the completion of 15 units. Students will learn to plan the major programming components of a typical computer game, create a basic game that implements a defined set of game mechanics, and create a basic game that manipulates and manages game resources such as graphics, sound, and video. Please note that this certificate was approved by the NOCCCD Board of Trustees but not approved by State Chancellor’s Office. This certificate is not eligible for Financial Aid
